I had the chance to follow Nedry for 3 days on their tour, supporting 65daysofstatic around the UK. The super friendly and excellent Loops Haunt was the second support act.
It was a very different feeling from Japan, probably because I arrived at the very end of the tour and they were in some kind of routine which I felt I could have been more part of if I had been here at the beginning.
I was really impressed by their live performances, which were all far tighter and thought-through than their previous gigs. What they now consider as a ‘bad’ gig is of much better quality than a year ago, something they don’t seem to realize.
Those are the pictures from the three days, live, backstage, and on the road.

I like the picture above because it’s a small but typical example of how they interact with their fans and how they view their music: no misplaced attitude and enormous commitment.

The London gig is the last one for Nedry on this tour, and possibly the most important for them so far. Indeed, the venue is Koko, where most aspiring London-based bands aim to play one day… The band members are pretty tired by that point and a bit weirded out to be back in London after a few weeks, but are extremely focused during the soundcheck.

Absolutely incredible photos!
I’m so impressed.
I was gutted I missed their tour in the UK, but I’m glad I got a chance to see a glimpse of it through your photos.
Thank you.
Jaw-dropping.
